DATE: Wednesday, August 26, 2020 Join active transportation partners in Kern County and Bakersfield in a virtual tour of the Kern River Parkway Trail, a 30-mile protected multi-use trail that connects residents along the Kern River from the mouth of the canyon through the southern San Joaquin Valley. Tune in to learn about the history behind the planning, how the City of Bakersfield and Kern County cooperated on this project, and continuing plans to extend the trail.
