The 2024 CSSA: Partnering with 16 communities to advance Complete Streets safety improvements

This year as part of SafeTREC's Complete Streets Safety Assessment Program (CSSA) we are excited to share that we will be partnering with 16 communities throughout California to identify and implement traffic safety solutions that lead to improved safety for all users.

The 2024 CSSA Program

SafeTREC's CSSA team wil partner with the following communities to conduct comprehensive transportation safety assessments that focus on pedestrian and bicycle safety:

  • Big Pine Paiute Tribe of the Owens Valley
  • Branham High School, San José
  • Calabasas
  • Capitola
  • Colfax
  • Contra Costa County
  • CSU San Marcos
  • Garden Acres
  • Granite Bay 
  • Gridley
  • Loleta
  • Madera
  • Menlo Park
  • Pleasant Hill
  • Redondo Beach
