Bio/CV:
Dr. Jean Doig is a postdoctoral scholar at the Safe Transportation Research and Education Center (SafeTREC) at UC Berkeley. Previously, he served as a postdoctoral scholar and continues to serve as a lecturer in the Civil and Environmental Engineering department at UC Berkeley. Dr. Doig holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley, as well as a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
His research primarily focuses on urban congestion, examining it from both traffic operations and traffic safety perspectives. Dr. Doig has contributed to various journal articles and has presented his work at many conferences.
