Bio/CV:
Bor-Wen Tsai is a research associate at the UC Berkeley Safe Transportation Research and Education Center (SafeTREC). He conducts data/statistical analysis to support various projects. Bor-Wen is a California-registered professional engineer (PE). He has not only extensive engineering experience in construction, highway geometrical design, material testing, and pavement design, but also strong analytical capacity in statistics. He received a Master of Arts degree in Statistics and a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Pavement Engineering from UC Berkeley.
