Participants at this workshop will learn how to improve walking and biking safety in their community and how UC Berkeley SafeTREC's community engagement tool, Street Story, can be used to share transportation safety stories.

This workshop is hosted by the Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA), the West Los Angeles Latino Resource Organization and the California Office of Traffic Safety.


Street Story is a community engagement tool that allows residents, community groups and agencies to collect information about transportation collisions, near-misses, general hazards and safe locations to travel.
