Bio/CV: 

Celia Johnson is a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley SafeTREC, looking at the impacts of weight-related road safety policies. She is currently pursuing a dual masters in Public Health and Public Policy with a focus on how policy shapes population health outcomes and equity in access to and quality of healthcare services. Before SafeTREC, Celia conducted research at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, where she primarily evaluated nurse-led models of care in Medicaid, interventions to address social determinants of health, and behavioral health inequities. Celia earned her B.A. in Geography at Macalester College. In her free time, you will likely find Celia making pottery, hiking, or gardening at her co-op.
