Annissa Deguzman is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in City & Regional Planning. As an undergraduate research assistant at UC Berkeley SafeTREC, Annissa geocodes California traffic collision data for the Transportation Injury Mapping System (TIMS) website. She collects information from outside sources to assign geo-coordinates for statewide collisions using an in-house web tool. As a pursuer of higher education, Annissa is passionate about design and the visual arts, and is interested in learning more about design and how it can be utilized to help others.
