SAFETREC INVOLVEMENT IN CSCRS RESEARCH PROJECTS
SafeTREC is happy to be involved in three “quick start” projects selected under the Collaborative Sciences Center for Road Safety (CSCRS) for 2017. CSCRS selected the research proposals from across the Center’s five consortium campuses (University of California, Berkeley; University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Duke University; Florida Atlantic University; and University of Tennessee, Knoxville). In addition to the research efforts, SafeTREC will be conducting educational and professional development activities to support CSCRS goals and provide opportunities to engage staff and professionals working in several disciplines including public health, engineering, planning, data science and robotics.
