Bio/CV:
Atul Subedi is a postdoctoral researcher in transportation at UC Berkeley Safe Transportation Research and Education Center (SafeTREC). His research interests lie at the intersection of transportation engineering, planning, economics, and psychology. He uses psychometric and econometric modeling techniques to study travel behavior, technology adoption, and transportation safety. Atul holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University (2016), a master’s degree in Railway Transportation System Engineering from Mahidol University (2021), and a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Transportation) from Utah State University (2025).
