Supply Reimbursements Policy

A grantee is not restricted or bound to the quantity or type of supplies proposed in the application.

SafeTREC will reimburse:

1) Only OTS-approved supplies (listed below)
2) Lighting systems/generators: up to the OTS-set unit cost, which includes tax and shipping
3) Other supplies: up to the OTS-set unit cost (more than one unit of a supply can be purchased)
4) Up to the contractual maximum reimbursable amount for all supply purchases over the grant period, including tax and shipping
5) No more than $4,999 per item, e.g., if a lighting system and generator combined, costs more than $4,999, including tax and shipping, the reimbursement amount will be $4,999.
